Geometric Shapes

In university I was obsessed with drawing cubes. It started in high school when I drew a cube and played with it as an optical illusion, forcing me to change which side was the front and which was the back. In university I brought graphinc paper, pencils and rulers with me, so between classes I could draw cubes and experiment with other three dimensional shapes.

Perhaps this is why I didn't make many new friends in those years.

three-dimensional octagonal tube kinds of shapes protruding in all diagonal directions from a middle diamond shape

a square with lines dividing the interior into 24 different triangles, all shaded a different colour with pencil crayon.

two three-dimensional trapezoids protruding in opposite directions, one up and the other down.

a square with cubes protruding in different diagonal directions from each quarter

a square divided into four sections; the top left one has a cube protruding up and to the right, while the bottom right one has one protruding down to the left.

a small octagon protruding into a larger octagon

a shallow three dimensional octagon

a full page with diagonal strings of cubes forming an X, that starts back again after reaching the top

several diagonal strings of cubes from the top left to the bottom right

shrinking cubes from top to bottom forming an exclamation mark

a big cube with many small cubes of shrinking size nested inside it within the top left and bottom right corner

a big cube with many small cubes of shrinking size nested inside of it in the bottom right corner

an octagon shape in the middle with lines coming out of it that looks like a mix between a sun and a spider web
